The Winning Sperm

The confidence of many teenagers has been placed in jeopardy due to ignorance of what lies beyond their unique physical features. I have witnessed how students in high school mock those with unique physical qualities to either grow tall or stop growing tall, lose weight or grow fat, and many other unimaginable requests. These requests later become demands as if the power for these changes lies in the hands of those being mocked.

The consistent and persistent mockery puts undue pressure on these teens to conform to certain yardsticks especially in their critical development stages. The mockery tends to go beyond the physical features of the individual to even the talents and abilities the person possesses.

As I began to think about whether the height, size, weight, colour and looks of an individual can have a negative effect on the success or otherwise of the person, I discovered a fascinating biological secret behind getting pregnant. This secret helps us to understand that being tall, fat, slim or physically challenged has little or nothing to do with your success; rather, no matter who you are, you are already a winner even before you were born.

Every person has been uniquely formed and designed for a specific task on earth. Most of the abilities that make up your unique personality are placed within you to make you an answer to the world, and it is these same abilities that will bring you before great men and give you success in life.

As a teenager, you are at an important stage in your life where critical decisions are taken - from the friends you choose to the courses you pursue in school, as well as the groups and activities you get involved in. I wrote this book to rescue the many talents and giftings that are buried each day due to a lack of confidence.

The misperception by some, owing to varying reasons, that Africa is a dark continent seems to have had an effect on African teenagers making them believe wrongly that they cannot do much when they are in Africa, thus impairing their confidence. As I go through bookshelves I realise that there are too few books addressing the issue of confidence particularly targeted at African children. I wrote this book to let African teenagers know they are special and to boost their confidence to achieve all the many potentials placed in them from birth. If Africa is described by some as a dark continent, then the African teenager is a light in the darkness!

This book is inspired by the Holy Spirit who from my birth has given me the knowledge of the secrets of abilities in relation with the purpose of man. As you read this book, open up your heart and be confident to take any step God directs you to, in order to achieve that divine purpose He has called you for.
